Which software PBX based on Asterisk should I choose (FreePBX, 3CX...)?

There is a company with 50 employees. We started implementing IP telephony + Bitrix24. While we are sitting on the provider, but we plan to jump off. Need advice on the Asterisk distribution, so that there is less dancing with a tambourine. And a link to the mana would not hurt :)

FreePBX Distro. Installed by itself, configured out of the box. Manov is full of Internet.
You can also look at Elastix.

If you install a FreePBX assembly and you need some non-standard functionality, then you will dance with a tambourine, since everything will be sewn into its interface and a step to the left, a step to the right will be limited for you.
