Which SMS gateway to choose?

Need an SMS provider. It doesn't matter Russian or foreign. The main thing is that messages reach as much as possible. My volumes are small. It is desirable that there is a PHP API. Thanks in advance.

Well, from the "standard" ones, there are all sorts of sms.ru, smsc.ru, but I, for example, have not used them for a long time, because somehow the need has disappeared.
But at one time, I quite liked the second one’s personal account, the ability to replace the number with letters (as well as others) and the ability to receive response messages.
But the prices weren't the cheapest back then :)
