Which slider to take?

I'm looking for a slider that would have all the main parameters set in html code or in JS as a last resort.

Now everything that comes across there is a lot of logic in CSS rendered, for example, slide width, offset, etc. The width of the container, for example, 300%, is set to 3 slides. Those. + 1 slide and it will have to be changed.

Geez, what are you plugging in there.
I use bxslider, I don't include default css at all.
And the rest of the sliders are the same.

Most common sliders are able to adjust themselves.
bxSlider for example. And of course it has settings .
