Which service to use to store Git repositories with link access?

Is there any analogue of GitHub with private repositories with the ability to access via a link to view? As an analogy - read only a link to a google document (if there is a link - you read it, if there is no link - you will not find it).

In github, for example, in order for me to show the repository to someone, I have to make it a contributor. What if I want to show 500 people? Add 500 people to contributors? And the public one is not suitable, since not only the 500 I need will see the public one, but, conditionally, another 5,000,000.
