Which service or product should I choose to manage SAAS subscriptions and employee data?

Good evening, please advise the team directory service that helps to solve the following tasks:
1. Push accounts from ActiveDirectory to Google, Octo/OneLogin. Current implementations do it quite clumsily, I want more flexibility.
2. Make reports showing how many subscriptions and in which SAAS are currently used, how many are left, if there are any problems.
3. Have a convenient UI, in which not only the administrator could see everything described above, but also any employee.
4. Have a customized search for a large number of attributes.
5. Act as a single source of truth for these employees.
