Platforms allow you to receive some data indirectly, through invisible pixels, Google Analytics, Yandex Webmaster, etc. using regular mechanisms, but no one will purposefully give out information to you, because this is officially prohibited in the privacy policy of these companies, and if they start selling this data, such a high will rise on the network that it’s easier for them never to give anything to anyone. They can go the extra mile to set up advertising campaigns, making possible a more relevant sample, but only for especially large players, i.e. where an advertising company costs at least 15-20 million.
Don't look for easy ways. You can indirectly get at least a high-quality sample if you know how, albeit without specifying a specific user
=============
It is possible to track through an invisible pixel with the so-called "catching up" advertising in social networks, but the important thing here is that you and your site will be the source of information, and in social networks you will only "catch up", you will not be able to find out its history of visits.
And what is stopping you, like all normal companies, by asking leading questions carefully from the user for all the information and begging, or simply tracking the time of reading certain places on the site.

In theory, such a mechanism can be done by yourself. relying on javascript, css and the most interesting function of browsers to highlight visited links)
