Which server-side js framework is more promising than adonis.js or hapi.js?

I am choosing a server-side js framework for my project. The goal is to use stack only on js. I decided for the front, but the trouble is with the server. Which are stable, those are rather "short" in terms of functionality (the same express), those that are "more advanced", made by loners and, oddly enough, do not live long, judging by the community and the docs. And I would like the Framework not to have sunk into oblivion tomorrow. I have near-zero experience in server-side development on js (so, I dabbled in express'om, I seriously only used php ). Of the more or less advanced ones, I found adonis.js and hapi.js. According to the second, more information flickers, in terms of functionality they are approximately equal. Which one to choose? Which one is preferable? Are there any "pitfalls" with any framework? Can you suggest something else? For me, it is desirable to support mvc, validation, authorization, email, in general, the minimum gentleman's set.

For me, express rules in nodejs, I can’t say anything about these two, but if you don’t want express, you can try KOA , it seems to be even faster
