There is a company of people who need to communicate at work, but a secure channel is needed, since the admins are not stupid and can burn, and just for peace of mind, from prying eyes.
Communication will mainly be through wiindows, but if there is any possibility, then on android.
What we have: a debian 7 server in the DC (for hosting a chat daemon)
what is needed: some kind of software for communication, if possible, all protection was on the side of the server, minimum settings on the
PS client, if possible, in the admin panel's web muzzle (not necessary)

As ejabberd or OpenFire jabber server of your choice, both have web faces for administration, for OTR encryption on clients, clients of your choice, many support OTR.
