Which secure chat for android to use?

Good afternoon.
At the moment I use telegram, but it will most likely have to be abandoned.
What I don't like about it:

• When the application is minimized, the contact with which I communicated is not deleted
• You can't temporarily block a contact
• Binding to a phone number, if they take over my phone - they can read anything, you get a text message and that's it, you have full control.

Accordingly, the ideal chat for me:

• Complete lack of binding to a phone number, ideal login / password, you can mail
• Availability of secure chats
• Deleting a conversation when minimizing the application

If there are such applications, advise plz. Linux or Android platform, Android is better.

I think the question is worded incorrectly. A secure chat is one that will transmit your messages in a secure manner (such as encryption).
You also want to destroy the correspondence.
