Which Rails CMS to use for a corporate website?
Hello Toaster!
The question is basically in the title. Before that, I had never worked with Rails CMS, I looked in Ruby Toolbox, the first three on rails 3.2, and I already found 4 and learned from it. I decided to ask what experienced Jedi recommend.
UPD: My question seems to be misunderstood. I've written websites on Rails before. Didn't use CMS to better understand it. Now there is a need for a customizable CMS to speed up the process .development. The task was to put up a site with multi-level access to information, with the rights of an administrator, moderator, able to add new articles and individual information for users and users themselves, who have a personal page with confidential information. Customization is needed to add things like event calendar etc. PHP based CMS is not an option, I don't know it. If you think that it will be faster to write it yourself, then tell me what will be faster, although I doubt it.

What do you mean by CMS?
What are the tasks? It is better to make a blog on WordPress or Joomla. Rails are useless here.
For static pages here is a handy thing: https://github.com/comfy/comfortable-mexican-sofa
For data management: activeadmin.info and https://github.com/sferik/rails_admin
It all depends on your level of knowledge in rails.
If they are minimal, I recommend checking
out Jedi 's excellent Railstutorial and excellent rails documentation .
If you have gone this way, then most likely you have already come to the conclusion that it is easier to file cms (or how fashionable API is now) for your needs.
