Which quiet power supply should I choose to run 24/7 in my home server?

Hello.
I'm building a home web server.
And everything would be fine, but I was put into a stupor by the choice of power supply.
I started looking, watching reviews / tests, rummaged through a bunch of blocks, and just liked something, in the reviews they write that terrible capacitors / overestimated, underestimated voltages / strong noise / bad soldering / whistles / squeaks (underline as necessary). And if I found something, then sky-high prices (about $ 150 and more) and power (only 300-350 watts are needed).
Actually, tell me from your experience that the block is quiet, with a power of up to 350 watts, of high quality (with all the necessary protections) and a price tag of up to $ 80, preferably of the ATX form factor.
