Which Python library is best for building a convolutional neural network (CNN, CNN)?

The bottom line is that the input is not images, but graphs:

The goal is to identify separate zones on the graphs:

1. Using CNN for this is like cutting bread with, say, headphones. They serve slightly different purposes.
2. The image of the graph is a derived information from the original data. If you need to solve a problem - work with data in the form of a time sequence.
3. Even I, looking at the chart, cannot understand the logic by which the zones are highlighted. Why would the network suddenly understand?
4. Keras, Tensorflow.

And analytically these zones are not allocated?
