Which Python and Selenium Web Driver courses to choose?

Предистория. Я совсем начинающий тестировщик. Пока тестирую вручную, но нет желания под этим погибнуть. Я сам, да и руководство подерживает, хочу внедрять автоматизацию тестирования в своей компании. Опыт в программировании у меня минимальный. Но совсем основы знаю.
Для этого в силу ряда причин выбрал связку Python - Selenium Web Driver.
Нашел курсы вот эти и эти.
Хотелось бы отзывов и комментариев, что лучше/хуже и прочего.
Возможно еще какие-то комментарии.

the second link is broken, but Barantsev himself conducts software-testing courses and you can learn about Selenium firsthand from him.
It is better to take a more advanced one. there they will be able to tell really interesting subtleties than in a simple introductory course with three lessons.
If there is no knowledge of the PL itself, study it yourself or take courses directly in the language. Testing courses are not required for this.
