Proxy remote, transtil .
As it turned out, SQUID does not know how to broadcast SOCKS.
Having rummaged, I found that there are a great many solutions.
I came across this www.3proxy.ru project and here is another www.networktunnel.net .
Dante-Server will not work, as it will work on a separate port.
There is no freedom with ports, so it is necessary that on the 1st and everything could.
Well, on the client, so as not to mess with the settings.
Maybe someone has already faced a similar issue and can give constructive advice.
Thanks

Dante-Server is the best solution.

So what, what's on a separate one? You set up a chain of proxies client-> socks -> squid -> world. for http, it's better to leave squid as it is because of its flexibility, and for socks, I used 3proxy.
In addition, the problem with different ports can be solved using iptables redirect action
