Which proprietary license for the web application code should I choose?

- the user can work with the software for free (well, the commercial part is not important), that is, obtaining a copy is allowed, but distribution is not
- modification and distribution of the code is prohibited
- the user does not have the right to deobfuscate the web application
- the code belongs to me
I guess nothing original ?
