Which project to choose to study in C++?

I have been doing C++ for a very long time, and pure C was enough. Now I need to restore my skills and I see two options: either start writing something myself, or look at some good sources. The second option is closer and more interesting to me now.

Can you please tell me any library or open source project that is really worth looking at for the benefit of C ++? I would also really like a library where OOP concepts are well applied.

Let me clarify a little: I'm interested in game development, anything related to android, web technologies and data processing. Not interested in GUIs and user interfaces. But if it does not suit your interests, write anyway, it will be extremely interesting.

Check out CryptoPP or cURLpp. You can also use Chromium.

And I personally use the following method, I go to the site of the freelance labor exchange, I look for orders for a technology that interests me. And I try to realize (without placing bets and without taking an order), purely for myself. Thus, I try to solve a real problem and gain experience in the technology that interests me. It is always more interesting to do something real and with your own hands.

At one time, the linux slackware sources helped me a lot.
The installation package contained many additional modules, even some simple games.
What was not related to the low-level part was mainly written in C ++, and not bad enough.
Also, check out popular projects on sourceforge.
