Which programming language to choose for an Android application?

Some familiarity with python php html css. And there is one problem - a fitting room for things from a photo, which will be slightly integrated with the online store. I tried to do it in qiwy python, but I realized that this is not serious. And so the question is - which language & sdk is suitable for my task? I understand that everything is very individual, but still ... I plan to create applications for windows and web programming with layout
