Which program to choose to synchronize data from working machines running WINDOWS to an FTP server automatically!
Tasks for synchronization
1. synchronization of several folders (including those located on different local drives) on each PC
2. synchronization along with the directory tree
3. synchronization taking into account changes in the file (editing the Word document for example)
4. one-way PC →ftp server
5. 19 PC
6. Scheduled synchronization (I think once a day)
PS The software is preferably free

Winscp ( https://winscp.net) for Windows is free, open source, and very flexible. You can work with it both through the GUI and from the command line. Reliable. Knows a lot, if not everything.
