Which program to choose for inventory of PC and installed software?

There are about 50 computers (Win + Linux), printers, routers, etc. A local network without domains, mainly for distributing the Internet and printers, i.e. there are no shared folders.
Which of the free or OpenSource utilities can be used to account for:
- PC inventory number - composition of
its components - installed
software, license
type - IP address -
its location in the office (just a text field, not a map) -
username versions for Windows 7, Ubuntu, Android - support for barcode scanning in the Android version (just viewing information on a computer, data editing is not needed) - export to Excel or html - storing data in the cloud is undesirable, a local file is more convenient.
