Good afternoon.
I would like to use some tool to create a dashboard/web page with completed projects. Where it would be possible:
- by clicking on the project to view its description, details, attached files, pictures, etc.
- group/filter projects by various criteria (year, type, direction, etc.)
- display some icons on the project icon (for example, show its complexity or duration)
- as a bonus, make a link with excel, where it is stored, all this information is updated and added.
In general, carry out some analysis of completed projects and plan future ones.
Of course, you can do it, for example, in PowerPoint or Visio, but everything is static there, and I need it to be clickable, because. a lot of information.

Can you please tell me how this can be done? Preferably not in on-line services.
