Which processor to choose for web development?

In general, I want to upgrade my hardware, I select it for hackintosh. I am engaged in web development, layout / node, I play around, I also want to make an application for ios, so I will need xcode, I don’t play games in principle. And now I have a question, which percentage to choose, I choose between i3 6100, i3 7100 and i5 7400. i5 is more expensive, so the question is whether to overpay or not? Will there be a performance boost in my work? Just as I can’t decide how many operatives are 8 or 16? Now it’s 6 on my computer, 8 on my laptop, 6 at work too, and I don’t seem to feel a shortage, but I heard that xcode eats a lot of memory, so I thought about 16, but is it worth it?

All three are overpowered. Anyone starting from the i5-4xxx series will be sufficient, just look to see if there is virtualization.
Here the SSD plays the role more for code assembly and more operatives for insatiable photoshops and various programs running in parallel.

16 gigabytes minimum, I recommend paying attention to ryzen where there are 12 threads and 16 threads, this is enough for the first 3-4 years in terms of development

RAM is possible and 32, there will not be much.
