The question is not correct, you need to rely on the engine and technologies that your developer knows (there are no ideal solutions).
Again, look at the demo versions of the engines and poke around in the admin panels, what you like more, then use it and already look for a developer for the engine you like.
ps Maybe in general your project is better done on frameworks, and not on the specified CMS.
