Which plotter to choose for printing on canvas?

Good day.
Straight to the point. Requires a budget (up to 45K R) single-color (if any) A1 plotter for printing on canvas. For example, the Epson L800 printer does an excellent job of printing on this canvas. Canvas density ~230 g/m2. Would a 1 pixel line or at least 4 pt text print on a plotter in this price range be acceptable (forgivable slight losses) ?
Incompetent in this type of matter. Commentators from the forums refer to products that have long gone out of sale. I will leave the consultation in online stores for later. There is more trust in this resource.
I would be glad for any help (links to online stores, store numbers).
