Which player to choose?

I like to listen to a lot of different music. But often you want to hit one or more tags and get a playlist "in the mood." At the same time, I myself create tags and assign them to songs.
Tell me, please, in which player there is such or a similar feature or can it be built in as a plug-in (preferably in Python).
We are talking about music on the hard drive. That is, services like Yandex.Music should not be offered.

Standard Rhythmbox can do all this. And putting down metatags, and supports plugins, and playlists / filters.

Audacious is a very lightweight and powerful customization player. and it also supports the old winamp skin)
DeaDBeeF - also like the first one, only even easier)
Banshee - more fancy in appearance, but also customizable and better Rhythmbox IMHO
Exaile - a very simple but convenient player, but I used it a long time ago and I don’t remember there are already tags or not, but the collection management seemed to be on the level
