What platforms can you recommend for creating a website with a catalog of research laboratories. The catalog should allow you to register new laboratories yourself, configure many of their fields, filter laboratories by parameters, link projects and information about stored frozen materials to laboratories.
The requirement for the solution is scalable, modern, safe, inexpensive (the price is critical, the project is small and without funding).
I need information to better understand the issue when forming the terms of reference for development.
