- which version of Opencart to use (1.5.x or 2.0.x, maybe some more stable, or supports more necessary modules)
- if you take it by assembly, should you choose the OcStore assembly or stop at the original opencart (the store will be focused more on the Russian buyer, the Russian-speaking user will also administer)
And there are also questions about using modules to achieve the necessary functionality , can you recommend some popular solutions (paid or free - it doesn't matter) for the following tasks:

1. Currency converter pegged to the Central Bank rate + rounding to whole rubles (i.e. the main currency is the euro)
   
2. The use of two languages ​​(Russian and German), two currencies (rubles and euros), the display of the currency is tied to the language
   
3. Accumulative system of points / points, for every 50ue - 1 point, 1 point \u003d 1ue, you can use from 10 points
