Which platform to choose for an online store and an application for it?

On what platform to create an online store in order to subsequently develop an application for ios and android for it?
No experience in developing for mobile platforms. The store wanted to create on one of the popular cms, most likely on Jooml'e. I'm looking into PrestaShop.
Most likely, the question sounds amateurish and generally silly, but nevertheless I would like to read your proposals for solving the problem posed to me. You can outsource everything and not bother, but you want to figure it out yourself.

This is notable "holivar" :) If there are no restrictions in the budget, then Bitrix, for 60k rubles, there is absolutely the entire infrastructure there, and even more, including mobile applications for customers and for the store administrator, for this money they offer the Bitrix + 1C UT 8.2 kit
If the task is to create a "free" site "to try" then we take any free CMS + pirated template. Joomla + JBZoo or PrestaShop. The mobile application will have to be written separately.
PS: This is not an advertisement for Bitrix, but if you have money, it's easier to buy it :)

It is better to choose a ready-made solution that best suits your current requirements. And for applications, you can use services that rent out their platform, and you give them only xml with your products.
