Um. For a home server, HP Microserver and HP Microserver Gen8 are much better suited.
If only because you can stick more than one disk there (and the second is generally an excellent piece of iron).
According to the subject, the first piece of iron is noticeably cooler due to the processor - there you have Vt-d and other goodies.
