Which plan to choose when hosting a django project?

Question to those who have been hosting projects on django, this is my first time doing this, so the situation is this:
I have a one-page site with basic information and galleries (of 18 photos). I decided to choose hosting on adminvps, but as it turned out, I chose the wrong tariff there, which does not allow hosting django projects, although there were no notes anywhere and in those support they advise me to choose tariffs for vps, not hosting.
Therefore, the question follows - is the start hosting tariff enough for a django project on adminvps? Or do you really need to choose vps tariffs?

Or a similar question on tariffs on the site reg.ru? Host 0 is enough for django?

@AirronBark

on vps you can not raise what you want?
dude, you are a sucker!
and if you put aside the banter, then there are only two options left:
1. a dead VPS that does not pull harder than statics
2. you cannot set it up.
I believe more in 2

I host simple django sites on the run - everything rises without problems
, works on all tariffs
