Which php library allows you to save completed forms when converting HTML to PDF?

There is a statement in HTML. The task is as follows: the user fills in all the fields, presses the button and receives the pdf. Set up mPDF, but it "cannot save a completed form". Suggest a solution.
Printing out right away is not an option, since not every user will be able to disable browser headers and footers.

If you can run the binary on the system, take wkhtmltopdf.org and don't worry.
