Hello. I work as a system administrator and was very interested in the topic of information security, in particular penetration testing. I found various free resources, books to study, I go through assignments on ctflearn.com, but I still have questions. Thinking about taking a professional course. According to reviews, I found several courses for beginners in Russian from pentestit and otus, the question arose which one is better to take? Maybe someone has already taken these courses or can you tell me something else? Preferably in Russian, as English is difficult, but I'm trying to learn.

Since you are a sys.admin, I will recommend Biryukov's book about information security. Black and orange. Although it is written there that it is in information security, but the actions for sysdamins and Kali Linux are also applied there.
