Which payment aggregator to choose?
Hello! We decided to organize a small project together with friends (students, hassle with registration of individual entrepreneurs, etc. are not particularly interesting), the idea is simple, the balance of users should be able to replenish and withdraw funds (similar to freelance exchanges).
The choice is between Qiwi and Payeer (using their API for invoicing and sending money), but the same Qiwi has limitations at the "Basic" level and it seems to me that this may not be enough for the first time, in turn, Payeer has a more complex integration procedure.
Are there any payment aggregators/systems for receiving and paying out funds with billing functionality (following the link, first of all, the service will be launched as a Telegram bot, later we will expand to the Web version and Mobile), with the ability to create an account for physical individuals or the self-employed? First of all, the emphasis is on the minimum commission from payments, again, by analogy with freelance exchanges - as less losses for the user when withdrawing funds from the account balance. So far, no good options have been found (Enot.io - a large commission for payments, Robokassa is temporarily only for legal entities, in the rest there is a complicated procedure for creating an account and integration (as far as I know from what I managed to look at)).
