Which password manager to choose for RDP server?

There is Windows Server 2019. RDS services are running on it.
20 people work from the server.

Looking for some kind of password manager solution for users.
Now the browser uses a regular google gsuite account and passwords are stored there.

There is one problem, periodically google synchronization is paused and each user has to re-enter the password. This is not a problem if the employee knows the password, but the rules require employees not to know passwords. You have to enter the admin manually, which takes a lot of time.

I am looking for a general solution for a password manager that would automatically fill in the login and password fields, but also so that the user could not see them.

The Wishlist itself is so-so (and the rules were not invented by an IT specialist, or an IT specialist with low qualifications), because opening the browser console and extracting the password from the page fields, or intercepting it from the clipboard is the minimum coolhacker skill available to any student.
A relatively healthy solution looks like this - we put client certificates and raise the RDP Gateway over SSL. If the client is fired, we revoke his certificate.
If you want normal security, not screens, give users smart cards and pins. Even if the user tells his friend the password, he must also give him a smart card.
