Advise a reliable password generator, naturally in the form of a program, not an online service, and that the program does not send generated passwords to third-party servers.

Developed my own online generator . All passwords are generated locally on the user's computer using JS. Additionally, I implemented it as a PWA, so the application can work without the Internet. Who cares, use it.
