Which package, library to use for transliteration under Laravel?

Hello.
There is a need for transliteration of strings in Russian and Ukrainian.
The task is quite simple, but you don’t want to cycle.

In Laravel7 I used https://github.com/elforastero/transliterate
But unfortunately it is not installed under Laravel8.

Who uses what for such purposes?
