Which OS to Choose for VPS?

I want to buy VPS hosting, but I don't know which OS to choose, there are such options: centos, debian, fedora, ubuntu. But that's all, as far as I know Linux, only different distributions. But which one is more convenient? and easier, plans to install Ruby or Node.js.
Please describe the benefits of the recommendation.

Some say that the CentOS package manager (yum) manages dependencies better than the Debian package managers (apt-get).
Ubuntu has a user-friendly support site in Russian. If English is bad, then the presence of the Russian community is important.
I myself had Debian for a long time, but later switched to CentOS.
In fact - if you take a system for a web server, then you won't even notice the difference between distributions - the same programs, the same organization of file directories.

Put the one with which you are more or less familiar. It's all the same, just from different angles.
It is better to look for server builds: everything superfluous has been removed, all the necessary packages have been added.
Many people recommend debian (it's very stable). I use it myself in production.

I was advised here Ubuntu LTS.
Since then, I switched to it everywhere - the flight is excellent.

Ubuntu/debian of your choice. Stability, terms of support.
Dependencies can also be handled with aptitude
