Which option consumes less / or the same RAM 1) Bookmarks bar in the browser, 2) Bookmarks on the cloud?

The first option for bookmark groups eats more RAM than the second, or the same, is there any difference in this?
1) Store many, many bookmarks through the bookmarks bar in the browser (first 10 current per line, then further bookmarks go to folders, you can sort them into other folders, under folders, etc. + Does the name affect gluttony). Well, as I understand it, if the folders are closed, I don’t look through them - then, according to the idea, the RAM should not be eaten. It is the main thing that the folders (when I do not open) do not consume browser resources, thereby not slowing it down. So this method consumes more RAM than the one below?
2) Store all bookmarks on the cloud, everything is in folders, tags, etc., a lot of bookmarks. Well, this method definitely should not consume RAM.

As far as I know bookmarks do not consume RAM. They are loaded when you poke them from the cache from the disk. These are just links...
