Which of these books is the best buy to learn Oracle's DBMS?

What book would you recommend to buy to study Oracle's DBMS? I myself am from Kazakhstan, I want to become an Oracle Database maintenance specialist. I searched on the Internet, they advise books from Thomas Kite and the book "Oracle PL / SQL. For Professionals" by Bill Pribyl, Steven Feuerstein. I watched a fragment of the second book - I liked it. As for the first book, I can't figure out what kind of book people have in mind: there are so many books from this author, but the reviews are always good. In general, advise which book to read and if the first is better, then which one.
PS No need to write that they say it's better to download and read from a computer, etc. I need a paper version.
PPS It would be nice if you could advise where it is better to buy books. Planned to buy on the ozone. Maybe you know better options. Thanks
