Which of the services provide the most adequate statistics on the frequency of key phrases in Google?
1) There is a keyword planner in Google advertising and you can see the approximate frequency for it, but there is a gradation of 0-10, 10-100, 100-1000, etc. - Does this tool give statistics that are closest to reality?
2) having loaded 2500 phrases into the scheduler, I received statistics on 20 of them, the rest have dashes. And where there are no dashes, the frequency is 0-10. Can I be sure that those phrases generated by me are simply not Googled, or is the Google tool lying?
3) And what about third-party services - where do they get the data from, if not from the scheduler? And how close are their figures to reality?

google and I give estimates, they will throw back a very low-frequency tail, because there is a dash, and not, conditional, 1-2
