Which nfc module for arduino to choose?

There is a video in it, the RFID-RC522 chip is shown , so the question is: in the video it is shown both by a bank card and by a smartphone, when brought to the readery, the so-called rfid uid is read, but in bank cards and even more so in rfid phones HET but only nfc so where is the deception? this chip is rfid + nfc (or only nfc) or phones have rfid (where the world is heading)7

In fact, NFC is a descendant of RFID 13.5 MHz - that is, there were / are many different RFIDs 125 kHz, 13.5 MHz, 900 MHz.
But NFC is based on 13.5 MHz protocols - some kind of general exchange procedures, data encoding, modulation. In general, it looks like it, but it's not. RFID could only transfer its ID, and so on little things, and NFC is already a two-way data exchange, and this exchange also includes the transfer of that same ID.
