Advise new devices, unfortunately you can’t buy used equipment in a state organization
We have Ricoh MP 2000 not killed, MOT costs no more than 50k per year, there are devices that have already printed more than 1 million pages. If now new similar ones?
I had a sad experience with Kyocera, a large device was purchased from a friend in a bank for several million, which broke down after half a year and which could not be repaired, very complex mechanisms. With your setting of the problem - so that it rarely breaks and MOT is not more than 50k per year - take an "average" kiosera for 30k, 70-90k copies, it goes away in 2 years without maintenance and replacement of the phototube, just change the tener cartridges or pour toner. Then - either to the service for maintenance and cleaning with the replacement of rubber bands and a photo cartridge, or to the trash, and buy a new one.
