Which monitor to choose for a programmer?

Hello. It's time to change the monitor. Now I have BENQ VW2420H : 1920x1080/AMVA /24'/ 8mc GTG
In fact, this monitor suits me, except for a few points:
1. No VESA mount.
2. Small trails when scrolling text.
3. PWM backlight.
4. Reflections
Hence the questions, I would like to see reasoned answers to them:
1. What type of matrix is better to take?
2. Should I take 4k resolution?
3. What models should I pay attention to?
The budget is quite wide - 10-30k, but I would like to understand what the money will be given for. In addition to encoding, the monitor will be used for games (the old monitor suits me in them) and amateur image processing. The main thing for me is the minimum load on the eyes.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

My little experience says, do not choose a LARGE monitor, anyway, all software is designed for 1080 and 24 "(if not 2k or 4k, then everything is scaled up to 1080 anyway). But if you have SEVERAL monitors, then your life will be an order of magnitude This is terribly convenient when the application and the development environment are launched on different monitors during debugging, and if the documentation is also deployed on the third monitor and you have convenient hotkeys configured for switching, .. believe me, this is much more convenient and cheaper.
Get 3 regular 24" 1080 monitors (you can get a bigger one, 2k or even 4k, but blame yourself for the consequences), and the only things you have to look at are the matte screen and not the worst viewing angles (to easily move the image not inverted, sat at such a time), plus it is possible to painlessly turn such a monitor 90 degrees, convenient!

// All of the above is just my preference, I do not pretend to be true.
The rest of the parameters are secondary.
The main thing is not to take too cheap, eyes can get tired from flickering.
For 20-30k you can get a very decent monitor.
