Which monitor to choose: 27" + IPS, 32" + VA, 32" + IPS?

Good day everyone! Now I work on a 23 inch FHD monitor (Samsung P2350), before that there were 17 and 19 inch monitors. There was a need to upgrade ...
Requirements for the monitor:
- Budget up to 40,000 rubles.
- 27" IPS / 32" VA. I would like 32 (according to reviews, they say it’s convenient, you get used to it quickly and the pixel is comfortable), but with an IPS matrix there is nothing in such a budget.
- Resolution 2560x1440. I work primarily as a programmer, so at least 1440 points are needed vertically.
- USB hub is desirable. I will connect a laptop to it, additional ports will not interfere, especially if it is possible to plug a keyboard and mouse into it in advance.
- Embedded audio is desirable. Far from being a music lover, I don’t listen to loud music, otherwise there would be more space on the table and fewer wires.
Tasks:
- Programming;
- Photoshop;
- WebDesign;
- Cinema;
- Games (rare);
I traveled to several (5) large stores, they only have cheap small models: "expensive piece goods, they are rarely taken now, they are all in stock." At the same time, of all the stores in which I found only two 2 monitors with a resolution of 2560x1440. The first monitor is Samsung S32D850T, I don’t remember the second one - they refused to even turn it on: “no cable”, they say, choose by appearance ...
Now the main thing is to decide on 32 + VA or still 27 + IPS. Ideally, of course, 32 + IPS. In general, it will be nice to hear your experience here! Well, then choose a specific model.
So far I have found these (only if you advise something better or exclude an unsuccessful model):
27 + IPS:
- SAMSUNG S27D850T
- ViewSonic VP2770-LED
- Dell U2717D
- BenQ BL2710PT
32 + IPS:
- ASUS
VA32AQ on Amazon and they were not positive.)
32 + VA:
-Samsung S32D850T
-BenQ BL3200PT
Thanks in advance for the advice.

You can take any of these Dell UltraSharp UP2716D, U2715H or U2717D. I use the same, excellent monitors.
There is no point in going shopping - just wasting time. Picked up, ordered, they brought everything to you :)

If you stretch the budget to 45000, it will be 34+IPS: Iiyama XUB3490WQSU-1
True, it has a 21:9 ratio.
In the category 27 + IPS from the same company will be Iiyama XUB2792QSU-B1
