Which mockup tool to use for iPad development?

Hello.
I need a mockup tool for designing interface for iPad. Controls should look like native ones, not like a picture. We need interactivity, i.e. When a button is pressed, an action must be performed, for example, a transition to another page. You need the ability to share the project so that you can send a link. Static mockups are of no interest. Commercial options take precedence over free ones.
Please advise suitable options. Thanks in advance.

Antetype is quite handy for sketchy prototyping (without working on pixel-perfect design details). But if the goal is to outline an interface with transitions and a natural look, and not to develop a design, then Xcode and Storyboard will be faster (if you know how to use it. Let's say it won't work for a designer, but for a developer - that's it).
UPD: If you look at application development in terms of design and UI development, then Sketch + Flinto.
