Isn’t it easier to take any of the simplest VDS, you can even with a hard drive up to 40Gb, upload the same bitcoin wallet to it, and screw a self-written web admin panel onto it. It can be written as a normal JSON-RPC client-server. And then, regardless of the device, it will be possible to open the page and there will be no dependence on any exchange, plus full knowledge of the whole process, which is good for self-development. It is not necessary to store all the blocks in the off-client, but you will have to download the first time. To do this, just add prune=550 to bitcoin.conf and the total size of all wallet files will take about 2.5-3Gb. To use this is quite enough.
