Which mobile version of KeePass (android) should I use? And is it safe?

I would like to have a password database on my mobile, on a desktop computer I use KeePass. I decided to put it on mobile and sync via dropbox.
Is it safe to use mobile KeePass from the play store? There are several versions of them from different developers. Will it not work so that you enter the password, open the database and it (already decrypted) will float away to someone via the Internet?

The KeePass website has a list of trusted (unofficial) ports:
keepass.info/download.html Been
using KeePassDroid for years . Didn't let me down.
It is open source: https://github.com/bpellin/keepassdroid
On Android, there are software firewalls that can block all access to the Internet, even if the program is not trusted. Many password managers usually do not even have permission (shown during installation) to access the Internet.
