Which mobile operator to connect in Turkey?

Hello, of course, it’s not quite a profile question on this site, but still we are IT people and we want to relax)
I’m going to Turkey, I have a galaxy s8, a wifi router from huawei with the ability to override imei AT with a command, and iphone (all devices are capable of LTE ).
After reading the first few pages of Google, they are full of outdated and the same type of information, and on the sites of mobile operators everything is rather poorly described, or I searched badly.
Questions:
1. Is there a law on blocking "non-native" devices in Turkey.
2. If so, which device is better to insert a SIM card into.
3. Which operator is better to choose, the more GB for less money, the better.
