Which mobile device for programming on the road to choose? Are there any at all?

I want to find the perfect mobile device for road programming.
For 5 years now, I have been dreaming of using RDP as a window to a working computer, so that I can program on the road (as if seamlessly).
The requirements for me are so obvious that, well, it just seems, but how could it be otherwise:

  • Touchscreen (well, it's time already, probably? Winda now almost-almost normally supports it in almost-almost all applications). Okay, the touchscreen is not necessary, I just would like to.
  • Convenient touchpad (for me, the ideal of touchpads, in any case, is as close as possible to it - the Macbook Air touchpad).
  • Keyboard (as without it).
  • Built-in 4G (what is a mobile device without mobile Internet? I don’t understand any Chromebooks without 4G at all, how is this even possible? An "all-through-internet" device, and without mobile Internet - how so ??).

In general, not just ideal, but a super-breakthrough-mega-duper contraption could be the Sentio Superbook project, when your universal device is your own phone (everything that is needed is solved immediately), since I have it more powerful than most tablets, and masses of laptops (Snapdragon 825). But the project hasn't taken off for about 5 years. Here he could.
I don’t see any alternatives or at least solutions for myself at all, which would also cost not like a small candle factory (I’m sorry, but I don’t want to lay out 100k for a mobile device that is the most lossy-killable device at all), it was normally assembled, it was convenient to use, while not blowing off dust particles from the golden device.
Or maybe you can connect your phone to some cheap Chromebook like a monitor with a keyboard?
Or maybe there is already something like ASUS PadFone, only universal, maybe the Chinese have done it?
Or maybe there is a good keyboard for a tablet with a good touchscreen?
Tell me, please, friends.
I'm sure it's not just me.
