Steelberry has a mixer for cctv cameras, it costs like a cast-iron bridge, but it’s not right to suggest it.

This model allows connection of one microphone to each working channel (16 in total).
You already answered your own question, namely:
how to mix all mics into one channel
Strange task, but oh well.
As answered above - you can collect everything in one channel only with the help of a mixer. With only 16 microphones, you will get an acoustic mess at the output. That is why the same Stelberry mixers have a maximum of 4 channels.
Another thing is that a mixer may not be needed if you use high-quality microphones. In my opinion, STELBERRY now makes the highest quality microphones for EHV. They are quite expensive. If you don’t fall into the budget, look towards MKU-3 and their modifications. But the popular Rustles are now greatly reduced in quality.
The most sensitive microphones are condenser microphones. A good one will suffice, but it requires additional 48 volt phantom power.
