Which microphone(s) to choose for the DVR to record conversations in the office 16 by 14 meters?

Registrar rvi-r16le
distance somewhere metro 50-70 to the registrar.
And how can you mix all the microphones into one channel? Will it work if you twist the wires?
And what are the parameters to choose microphones? Or are they all universal?
Help please!

Steelberry has a mixer for cctv cameras, it costs like a cast-iron bridge, but it’s not right to suggest it.

This model allows connection of one microphone to each working channel (16 in total).
You already answered your own question, namely:

how to mix all mics into one channel

No, just twisting the wires will not work. In theory, of course, you can, for example, parallel .... BUT , how to set the level of each microphone ?! Yes, and a dumb idea frankly.
Obviously buy a mixer and the issue is resolved.
You look at what kind of micro is needed for your registrar, you look for a mixer for it, and for the mixer, by the same logic, you take the micro itself.

Strange task, but oh well.
As answered above - you can collect everything in one channel only with the help of a mixer. With only 16 microphones, you will get an acoustic mess at the output. That is why the same Stelberry mixers have a maximum of 4 channels.
Another thing is that a mixer may not be needed if you use high-quality microphones. In my opinion, STELBERRY now makes the highest quality microphones for EHV. They are quite expensive. If you don’t fall into the budget, look towards MKU-3 and their modifications. But the popular Rustles are now greatly reduced in quality.

The most sensitive microphones are condenser microphones. A good one will suffice, but it requires additional 48 volt phantom power.
