Which mail server to choose?

Should work as a mail relay through external smtp
- pass email traffic through itself / clean / dose / etc.
D) Delicate limitation of sending emails
- the ability to set personal limits for each user
- very ADVANTAGE for each email box / group separately

- the ability to restrict or prohibit sending to a specific user, to specific mail servers, yandex, for example, or mail or gmail

I try different, postal / zone-mta / haraka / Zentyal - so far nothing really suits.
Now I put zimbra - I read, in my opinion it's not quite right either.
